Our Return Commitment
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity of our skincare products, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened BB & CC Creams (due to hygiene considerations)
- Used Cleansers or Eye Moisture & Treatment products
- Partially consumed Face Oils or Moisturizers
- Opened Sun Protection & Self Tan products
- Skincare Sets with broken seals
Refined Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our Skincare Concierge at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the items securely with the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund via your original payment method within:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the return process above and place a new order for your desired items. We’ll expedite your exchange refund once we receive the original items.

International Returns
For clients outside the United States, please note:
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping must be arranged by the customer
- Refunds will be issued in USD
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us immediately with photos of the items and packaging. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you.
