Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared within 1-2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping
• Available for orders over $50
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
• Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas.

International Shipping

For our international clients, please be aware:

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may extend beyond our estimates due to customs processing
  • All shipments include the necessary commercial invoices

Returns & Exchanges

While we craft each product to exceed expectations, we understand the occasional need for returns. Our process is designed to be as refined as our formulations.

Our Return Commitment

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened BB & CC Creams
  • Used Cleansers or Eye Moisture & Treatment products
  • Partially consumed Face Oils or Moisturizers
  • Opened Sun Protection & Self Tan products
  • Skincare Sets with broken seals

Refined Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our Skincare Concierge at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the items securely with the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund via your original payment method within:

  • Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please follow the return process above and place a new order for your desired items. We’ll expedite your exchange refund once we receive the original items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us immediately with photos of the items and packaging. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

For clients outside the United States:

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
